What is the legal ruling regarding a discount card issued by a charitable organization, the proceeds of which are used for sadaqa (charity) and to support charitable work, given that there are previous fatwas prohibiting discount cards due to their inclusion of gharar (uncertainty) and gambling?

The prohibition against cards applies if they are for exchange, due to the presence of ignorance (جهالة), gharar (uncertainty/deception), and gambling. However, if they are for donation, meaning the participant knows that what he pays is a donation to the charitable organization, then there is no harm in that.
