The answer

Cosmetic surgeries are permissible if they are performed to remove harm, defect, or disfigurement, but they are forbidden if they are merely for the purpose of increasing beauty.

Accordingly, creating content about permissible surgeries is allowed, while creating content about surgeries solely for adornment is not permissible. This is because it involves condoning what is forbidden and assisting in it, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."

It is absolutely forbidden to include images of 'awrah (intimate parts) in the content, because looking at them is unlawful, just as looking at the 'awrah itself is unlawful.

If it is possible to limit the work to what is permissible, then it is allowed; otherwise, it is not.
