What is the ruling on opening a women's hair salon at the time of Jumu'ah prayer, knowing that Jumu'ah prayer is not obligatory upon women, but the call in Surat Al-Jumu'ah is general to men and women?

Jumu'ah prayer is not obligatory for women by consensus [ijma'], and this is supported by the hadith of Tariq ibn Shihab, which exempts women from the obligation of Jumu'ah. It is preferable for a woman to pray Dhuhr in her home instead of attending Jumu'ah, even if she is close to the mosque or hears the call to prayer.
