What is the ruling on plucking eyebrows (al-Nams) and dyeing hair black in the Maliki school of thought, and what is the standing of the Maliki school of thought?

The ruling on plucking eyebrows (al-nams) is that it is forbidden, due to what was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Allah has cursed the tatuists and those who ask to be tattooed, and the namisat (women who pluck eyebrows) and the mutanammisat (women who have their eyebrows plucked), and those who widen gaps between their teeth for beauty, altering the creation of Allah." As for dyeing hair black, scholars have disliked it, and some have gone so far as to prohibit it, based on the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Change this with something but avoid black." Dyeing hair black is disliked but not prohibited according to the Maliki school.
