How many prophets are mentioned in the Torah, and what does the Torah say about each prophet mentioned in the Qur’an?

Allah Almighty stated that the Jews distorted the Torah and wrote what they desired, claiming it was from Allah, when in fact it was not, just as they distorted words from their proper places. Allah Almighty said: "So woe to those who write the book with their own hands, then say, 'This is from Allah,' to exchange it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written, and woe to them for what they earn." And Allah Almighty said: "And indeed, there is among them a party who alter the Scripture with their tongues so you may think it is from the Scripture, but it is not from the Scripture. And they say, 'This is from Allah,' but it is not from Allah. And they speak untruth about Allah while they know." Ibn Abbas clarified that kings after Jesus (peace be upon him) altered the Torah and the Gospel. Therefore, the original Torah does not exist today, and it is not permissible to derive knowledge from its distorted copies. Consequently, the number of prophets mentioned therein, or what it says about each prophet mentioned in the Quran, cannot be known. What is established for us is only what is found in the Quran and the Sunnah.
