What is the explanation of the Hadith: "By Him in Whose Hand is my soul, the Hour will not be established until wild beasts speak to humans, and until a man's whip and the straps of his sandal speak to him, and his thigh informs him of what his family did after he left"?

The hadith mentioned by the questioner is an authentic hadith, narrated by Tirmidhi, Al-Hakim, Ibn Hibban, and Ibn Abi Shaybah.

In it, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, swore that the Hour would not be established until these three matters occur:
