Is the 'Arsh (Throne) above the seventh heaven, knowing that Allah is above all things?

The 'Arsh (Throne) is above the seventh heaven; indeed, it is the highest of all creations. Clear evidence indicates this, including the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "When you ask Allah, ask Him for Al-Firdaws, for it is the middle of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise, and above it is the Throne of the Most Merciful, and from it gush forth the rivers of Paradise." Paradise is above the seventh heaven. Another hadith states: "But when our Lord, Blessed and Exalted be His Name, decrees a matter, the bearers of the Throne glorify Him, then the inhabitants of the heavens who are next to them glorify Him, until the glorification reaches the inhabitants of this lowest heaven." This indicates that the Throne and its bearers are above all the heavens. Ibn Khuzaymah narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Between the seventh heaven and the Kursi (Footstool) is a distance of five hundred years, and between the Kursi and the water is a distance of five hundred years, and the Throne is above the water." Scholars have explicitly stated that the Throne is the ceiling of all creations and their highest point.
