Is it permissible to compose poetry, including Quranic verses, to describe the Day of Judgment in a commemorative and admonitory poem?

Borrowing from the Quran or Hadith is permissible according to the majority of scholars for legitimate purposes, to enhance speech and solidify its meanings, provided that the borrowed speech does not contain anything considered reprehensible by Islamic law. Ibn Hujjah al-Hamawi divided borrowing into acceptable (in sermons, admonitions, and praising the Prophet), permissible (in غزَل - [a form of Arabic poetry], letters, and stories), and rejected (such as incorporating what God attributed to Himself or a noble verse into a jesting context). Al-Suyuti approved of this categorization.
