What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding divorcing a wife due to incompatibility, even though she is not blameworthy, only two and a half years have passed since the marriage, and there are no children?

Marriage is affection, mercy, and tranquility, not merely the fulfillment of desire. It is the union of two minds and two souls, and it requires patience and compromise. The husband must fear Allah concerning his wife and remember the Prophet's (peace be upon him) وصية (injunction): "Treat women kindly." No couple agrees on everything, and he should recall the حديث (hadith): "A believing man should not hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another." Divorce gladdens Satan, and the husband should not destroy his home with his own hands. He should know that aversion might be due to his own sins, so he must seek forgiveness and ensure his earnings are lawful.
