Is it permissible to use creams for the act of penetration?

Allah Almighty said: "And those who guard their private parts Except from their wives or those whom their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors." Al-Shanqeeti mentioned that believers guard their private parts except from their wives or those whom their right hands possess. And whoever does not guard his private parts from his wife or concubine is not to be blamed. But whoever seeks beyond that is among the transgressors. Therefore, there is no impediment to using creams during penetration to increase pleasure and help the wife remain chaste, provided that the cream is safe and does not harm the user.
