Does the use of ointments and suppositories inside the uterus for therapeutic purposes necessitate ghusl?

Introducing medication into a woman's private parts is subject to two scenarios:

1. External application of drops: Wudu' is required only if she touches her private parts or if some of the medication exits. 2. Introducing medication via injection: Wudu' is required regardless of whether anything exits or not, because it is considered to have exited from a private passage, and it invalidates wudu' like any other discharge.
