It has been authentically reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that the Hour will not commence until wild beasts speak to humans, until a man's whip-lash and shoe-laces speak to him, and until his thigh informs him of what his family did after him. Mobile phones are not considered among the specific signs of the Hour mentioned in this hadith, nor do the linguistic terms in the hadith indicate them. Rather, their prevalence falls under the general spread of disobedience in the End Times.
