Is blood discharged from pimples near the anus, or from the skin of the testicles and penis after shaving, considered to have exited from the two natural orifices? And does urine continue to be discharged in drops for a long time after istibra' (purification after urinating)? And is the prayer valid if the worshipper performs ablution immediately after istibra' and istinja' (washing after defecating)? And must one make up the prayers that were recorded first, or the old ones that were forgotten to be recorded, and is delaying prayers considered disbelief? And is Islam accepted after disbelief if some prayers were abandoned and delayed? And are prayers and other acts like reading the Quran, seeking knowledge, and Taraweeh prayer accepted if the worshipper only makes up one or two prayers a day? And is the worshipper rewarded if his prayer is invalid due to previous mistakes or whisperings (waswas)?

A person afflicted with obsessive doubts (waswas) must strive to overcome them and turn away from them. If blood exits from a place other than the usual exit points for urine and feces, it does not invalidate ablution (wudu'). After urination ceases, one should perform istinja' (cleansing) and wudu', and pay no attention to doubts. If one is certain that something has exited, they should repeat wudu' after istinja' and purifying their clothes. Past prayers are valid. However, interrupting and abandoning prayer is a grave sin that requires sincere repentance (tawbah nasuh) and making up for the missed prayers. If the exact number of missed prayers is not known, one should strive to determine what achieves certainty or a strong probability of clearing their liability, and it is not necessary to specify the intention for a particular day. Doubting one's disbelief (kufr) is a form of waswas that should be ignored, as the default is the persistence of Islam. Accepted acts of worship are with Allah, and sincere repentance transforms bad deeds into good ones. One should hasten to make up for what has been missed, persevere in gatherings of knowledge and remembrance (dhikr), and turn to Allah Almighty with supplication.
