What is the ruling on the frequent discharge of prostatic fluid (wadi) which necessitates repeating prayers multiple times, and is wadi pure, and can it transform into a woman's fluid?

Wady (prostatic fluid) is impure and nullifies ablution. If its discharge is continuous and without stopping, it is considered سلسًا (incontinence), and the person afflicted by it must perform ablution for each prayer when its time enters. With that ablution, they may perform as many supererogatory prayers as they wish. As for what gets on the clothes from it, it must be thoroughly washed, and a bandage should be applied. What seeps onto the clothes after washing and applying the bandage does not matter.
