Is Friday prayer obligatory for adult students who are not permanent residents in a foreign country, and their number is less than 40 individuals?

The residency required for the obligation of Jumu'ah (Friday prayer) is the intention to reside for four days or more, and it does not differ based on the type of residency. If these individuals are studying in this country, they are residents upon whom Jumu'ah is obligatory, provided they find the stipulated number of settled Muslim residents for its validity, which is forty according to the Shafi'is and Hanbalis.
