Is it permissible to supplicate against a husband who talks to women and tries to seek illicit relationships, and is it permissible to complain about him to Allah, or not?

The husband's behavior in this manner is serious and reprehensible, and its reprehensibility increases given that he is married; it is an ungratefulness for Allah's blessings. The husband should fear the dire consequences of these actions in this world and the hereafter. Do not despair of advising him kindly and striving to reform him, even with the help of others. If his condition improves, then praise be to Allah. Otherwise, consider separation and seeking khul' or divorce. The jurists have recommended separating from a husband who neglects Allah's rights. Refrain from supplicating against him; supplicating for him is better, for perhaps a righteous supplication from you will be answered, and Allah Almighty will change his life to guidance, piety, and righteousness.
