What is the ruling on the situation of a girl who used to be diligent in her prayers and acts of worship, then started listening to music, while continuing to maintain her acts of worship, and feeling intense fear?

Love of singing is from Satan. If a suggestion from Satan touches a person, the servant remembers, and behold, they are insightful. If Satan incites with an incitement, then one should seek refuge in Allah. And whoever commits an abomination or wrongs himself should remember Allah and seek forgiveness for his sins, and continue his worship, and distance himself from what Allah has forbidden.
