What is the ruling on one who commits a prohibited act of Ihram forgetfully or out of ignorance of its prohibition?

If a pilgrim in the state of Ihram commits any of the prohibitions of Ihram due to forgetfulness, ignorance, or compulsion, then there is nothing upon him, but he must abandon the prohibited act immediately once the excuse is no longer present. This rule applies to all prohibitions of Ihram, whether they relate to clothing, perfume, hunting, or shaving hair. This is based on the words of Allah Almighty: (Our Lord, do not hold us accountable if we forget or make a mistake) and (There is no blame upon you for what you have erred in, but [there is blame for] what your hearts intended).
