Is it permissible for a husband to divorce his wife who disobeys and disrespects him, raises her voice at him, gets angry over trivial matters, and whose family encourages her disobedience, and she describes him as "uptight" due to his commitment to Sharia, and she goes to her family's house and stays there without his permission when he avoids her or gets angry? And will the husband be rewarded for his patience, or is that considered humiliation and an affront to dignity? And is divorce in this case recommended or obligatory?

A wife must obey her husband in matters that do not involve disobedience to God. His right over her is great and takes precedence over the right of her parents. Islamic law has encouraged a wife's obedience to her husband, describing it, alongside prayer, fasting, and safeguarding her chastity, as a path to Paradise. If a wife disobeys her husband and raises her voice at him, she is considered disobedient (nashiz). The treatment for disobedience involves admonition, then desertion in bed, then light, non-injurious striking, and finally, recourse to two arbitrators from the families of the spouses for reconciliation. If the wife insists on her disobedience, the husband should consider the option of divorce, taking into account the benefits and harms, while being advised to exercise patience, for which he will be rewarded. The wife must understand that the husband's patience is not a weakness, but rather his ability to control himself and a desire for reward. The wife should avoid following the footsteps of Satan in causing discord.
