What is the ruling on supplicating with the following supplications during prostration: "My Lord, expand for me my breast and ease for me my affair..." [Quran 20:25-26], "O Allah, grant me success in obeying You," "O Allah, protect my daughter so-and-so," "O Allah, forgive my parents," "O Allah, forgive my wife and have mercy on her, O Allah, honor her abode"?

Supplicating during prostration is recommended, based on the hadith: "The closest a servant is to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so increase in supplication." It is permissible to make supplications, both those transmitted [from the Prophet] and those not transmitted, during prostration and in other positions of supplication in prayer, as long as they do not involve sin or cutting off ties of kinship.
