Is it permissible to perform missed prayers after the Witr and Qiyam prayers in the Haram until Fajr?
Whoever has missed prayers is obligated to make them up promptly, and the making up should be done according to his capacity, in a way that does not harm his body or his livelihood. Prioritizing the making up of missed prayers is better than engaging in supererogatory prayers. There is no harm for someone in the Grand Mosque to busy himself with making up his missed prayers as much as he can; rather, he will be rewarded for it. It is hoped that his reward for this will be greater than if he were to make up the missed prayers outside the Grand Mosque. And if he prays one of the five missed prayers in the Prophet's Mosque, the prayer of that missed one is equivalent to a thousand, but it only suffices for one.
