What is your advice to a married man who desires to marry a second wife due to reasons related to family interference and emotional and sexual coldness on the part of his wife, bearing in mind that his financial circumstances permit it, and that he wishes the second wife to be from outside his country (Egypt) while he is Saudi? And what are the advantages and disadvantages of marrying from outside the country?

The questioner is advised to marry another woman if he is capable of handling the responsibilities of marriage, especially since his current wife does not provide him with the required chastity. A person must strive to keep himself chaste, and this becomes even more crucial when there is a fear of falling into haram (unlawful acts).

There is no objection to marrying from outside his country, as the people of Islam are one nation. He should choose a woman of religious commitment and good character, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "A woman is married for four things: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religion. So, win the one who is religious, and you will be successful." If he finds a woman of religious commitment and good character, then other considerations are not as important.
