Will God accept the 'Umrah from the pilgrim who is still committing acts forbidden by God?
Praise be to Allah for your repentance and guidance, and this necessitates gratitude. Part of being grateful for a blessing is sincerity in repentance, striving in obedience, and avoiding disobedience, including avoiding illicit relationships with foreign women. If you wish to marry the girl and are able, then proceed with proposing and marrying her. Otherwise, cut off your relationship with her until you are able to marry, or turn away from becoming attached to her. Do not hesitate to perform Umrah under the pretext of shyness before Allah, as this is a trick of Satan to deter you from good. The correct approach is that shyness before Allah should lead you to avoid disobedience and hasten to obedience. The fact that a servant commits some sins does not prevent the acceptance of his good deeds. So, hasten to perform Umrah, strive against your lower self, seek Allah's help, and increase your remembrance of Him and supplication to Him.
