The divorce of one afflicted with waswas does not take effect, even if he utters an explicit divorce. The questioner is advised to disregard these waswas and work on treating them. As for procreation, he is advised to make abundant supplication (du'a), seek forgiveness (istighfar), exert every permissible effort, maintain a good opinion of Allah, and not despair.
