Is a woman entitled to register and sell her husband's land, which was given to her as a dowry (shabka), after her husband instigated a problem and abandoned her, leading to their divorce?

If the land was a dowry or a gift and you have taken possession of it, then you are permitted to dispose of it. However, if it was a pledge (mortgage), you are not permitted to dispose of it unless his insolvency is proven after the due date of repayment or his procrastination [in paying], and if he does not pay and he has authorized you to sell it, then you may sell the land. A woman is not permitted to seek divorce from her husband without harm or injury.
