Is he who commands people to offer a gift in exchange for receiving something calling them to worship himself, and is he who accepts that pleased to be worshipped instead of Allah?

Whoever says, "Whoever wants me to fulfill a need for them, let them give me a gift," falls into one of three situations:

1. If he performs an action to fulfill the need: This is a corrupt compensatory contract, because the gift here is a gift of reward, and it requires the absence of ignorance and deception.

2. If the gift is in exchange for supplicating for them to fulfill the need: This is not permissible, because it is not allowed to hire someone for supplication due to the non-realization of benefit.

3. If he does not do anything for them and does not supplicate for them: If he says: "I am the one who will fulfill this need for you," this is disbelief, apostasy, and a claim to divinity. And if he says: "It is Allah who fulfills these needs for you through my blessing," then this is an innovative liar who consumes people's money unjustly.
