Is it permissible for a woman to travel without a mahram and without the permission of her sick husband who is asleep due to his treatment, and to where would she go?

It is forbidden for a woman to travel without a mahram (unmarriageable kin), due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "A woman must not travel except with a mahram," and his saying: "It is not lawful for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel a distance of one day except with a mahram." Jurists have unanimously agreed on prohibiting a woman's travel without a mahram, except in exceptional cases. As for a woman leaving her husband's house, it is not permissible except with his permission, unless it is for her necessary needs, provided it does not involve travel, and that the place is not somewhere her husband dislikes her going.
