Is the Hadith, "Wisdom is the lost property of the believer; wherever he finds it, he is the most deserving of it," authentic?

This hadith is very weak, and its wording is: "The word of wisdom is the lost property of the believer, so wherever he finds it, he has the most right to it." However, its meaning is correct, for the believer seeks the truth and does not reject it out of hatred for a person. Rather, he takes wisdom from any source, as Allah Almighty said: "And let not the hatred of a people prevent you from being just."
