Is the wisdom mentioned in the noble verse, "He grants wisdom to whom He wills," restricted to prophets only?

Wisdom, as defined in the verse, "He grants wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever is granted wisdom has certainly been granted much good," is hitting the mark in word and deed. So, whoever is given it has attained a great good that encompasses the happiness of both worlds and the perfection of the servant in knowledge and action. The Salaf (early Muslims) differed in its interpretation; some said it refers to the Quran and jurisprudence in it, while others said it is hitting the mark in word and deed, or knowledge of the religion, or understanding, or fear (of Allah), or prophethood. The correct view is that these statements are similar, and the verse encompasses all of them. Thus, wisdom is hitting the mark in matters with understanding, knowledge, and fear (of Allah), and prophethood is a part of its meanings.
