Is it possible for Iblis to believe and embrace Islam, or is he condemned to disbelief until death?

Allah's decree upon Iblis (may Allah's curse be upon him) is that he is among the inhabitants of Hellfire, and he will never embrace Islam. He will remain in his disbelief until he dies. The meaning of "al-iblas" is despair, and from this, Iblis was named.
