Does loving a sin—not for its own sake but for the lust—while abandoning it for the sake of Allah, count as hypocrisy?

Love of disobedience without committing it: If it does not settle in the heart and one strives against oneself to abandon it, then one is upon goodness and striving, not sin. Such a person is among those whose hearts Allah has tested for piety. However, if the love of disobedience settles in the heart, and the soul delights in its remembrance, and one does not strive to repel it, then one is disobedient, and this love is impermissible. This may be considered minor hypocrisy if one outwardly displays goodness while inwardly harboring something contrary.
