Is he who publishes edited songs, free of music and obscenities, sinful if someone else searches for them and finds them with music and listens to them?

There is no harm in listening to songs or anasheed (Islamic vocalizations) that are free of music and forbidden speech, whether they are from a man, or from a woman to other women. However, it is forbidden to listen to music and to a woman singing for men.

One should not excessively listen to permissible anasheed, as they compete with the Quran and consume the servant's precious time. It is advised to prioritize spreading what is beneficial for the afterlife, such as the Quran, Hadith, lessons, and sermons, and to avoid wasting time on frivolities and permissible but non-beneficial activities. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The feet of a servant will not move on the Day of Resurrection until he is asked about his life and how he spent it; about his knowledge and what he did with it; about his wealth, from where he acquired it and in what he spent it; and about his body, in what he wore it out."

There is a concern that guiding others to these songs might lead them to seek to listen to them with music. Therefore, it is advised to occupy oneself with beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and memorizing the Quran and Hadith, instead of wasting time and effort selecting anasheed.
