Why has God not blessed me with a large family, or a brother, or wealth, or children, or status? And is this an indication of His displeasure with me, or is it a preordained destiny upon me?

Allah is not questioned about what He does, due to His perfect wisdom and justice. The restriction or expansion of sustenance is not a sign of hatred or honor. Allah may test a servant due to their sins. The servant must adhere to obedience to Allah, supplicate, reflect on blessings, look to those below them, and be content with Allah's decree.
