Is the noble verse: (And if Allah were to expand the provision for His servants, they would surely transgress in the earth; but He sends down in due measure what He wills. Indeed, He is, concerning His servants, Acquainted and Seeing) general for all people, or can Allah exempt some of His servants by expanding their provision to facilitate their attainment of the exalted station of Illiyin, especially if Allah knows that expanding their provision is better for their faith?
