What is the ruling on maintaining ties of kinship with some relatives who practice sorcery, or whose wives practice it, and whose harm is not unlikely, and who cause harm to family members?

If it is proven that your relatives are harming others through magic (sihr), then this is a grave evil that combines injustice, aggression, and the severance of kinship ties. Whoever becomes aware of this must denounce it with their hand, tongue, or heart, according to their ability, while observing gentleness in advice and supplicating for their guidance. If they do not desist, they should be shunned (boycotted) if shunning will deter them and benefit them. Otherwise, shunning should be abandoned if there is fear that it will increase their obstinacy and corruption, because shunning must consider the aspects of benefit and harm.
