Is it true that the Qur’an was the cause of the greatness of Mecca, Ramadan, Laylat al-Qadr, Prophet Muhammad, and Gabriel? And did any of the Salaf say that?

Allah described the Qur’an as a Mighty and Glorious Book, and whoever adheres to it attains might and elevation. The Qur’an elevates some peoples and lowers others, as stated in the Hadith. Attachment to the Qur’an, whether through its writing, script, recitation, memorization, chanting, knowledge, or implementation, brings honor and elevation to whoever engages with it in this world and the hereafter. Just as the revelation of the Qur’an brought honor to Mecca, Ramadan, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and Gabriel (peace be upon him), one should not limit the reasons for honor to this, as Gabriel, Mecca, and Prophet Muhammad were honorable before the Qur’an's revelation. The point is that attachment to the Book of Allah is one of the reasons for honor for anyone who attaches themselves to it in any way.
