In the first case, the husband inherits one-half, the two closer grandmothers share one-sixth, and the full brother takes the remainder.

In the second case, the son's daughter inherits one-half, the father and mother each take one-sixth, and the father takes the remaining one-sixth by 'asaba (agnatic relationship). The grandmother does not inherit as she is excluded by the father and mother.

In the third case, the non-Muslim wife does not inherit. The two sisters from the mother's side inherit one-third, and the brother from the father's side takes the remainder by 'asaba.

It is necessary to refer inheritance cases to the Sharia courts for investigation before distribution.
