Will the reader of the Qur’an who sometimes neglects the prayer times be rewarded with the same amount of good deeds as the reader who is committed to prayer?

Prayer is the second pillar of Islam, and the first thing a Muslim will be held accountable for. Allah has warned those who abandon it or are negligent about it with a severe threat. One who abandons prayer must offer sincere repentance and maintain it, performing it in the mosque. Reciting the Qur'an is among the best acts of obedience, for which the reward is multiplied. As for the acceptance of good deeds, Allah accepts deeds from a believer even if they are not pious in all other circumstances. However, complete acceptance is reserved for the pious, who are sincere in their actions or who guard against polytheism and sins. Therefore, one is advised to maintain prayer and abstain from sins to be among the pious who receive complete acceptance for their deeds.
