As for the answer to the second question: Speaking about the Quran based on opinion, devoid of sins, and regarding the noble verse: {You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency}, none of the scholars have stated that it was revealed concerning the disbelievers. Rather, the address in it is to the Messenger or to every addressed person. Some scholars hold that the address in the verse is to an unspecified recipient, and its intent is to allude to the people of polytheism who neglected to observe and deduce what indicates the oneness of Allah Almighty.
