Is there any person in this world to whom the Hujjah has not yet been established?

There is a possibility that there are groups to whom the argument has not yet reached, especially in remote areas like the forests and deserts of Africa, Asia, and Latin America, where isolated primitive tribes live apart from modern civilization. The argument is established upon a person if the call of Islam reaches them clearly and they are able to understand it.
