What is the ruling on increasing the commission after a certain number of students have registered, and what is the ruling on a financial reward or incentive conditioned upon achieving a certain number of registrations, knowing that the company does not deal in pyramid schemes?

There is no objection to marketing educational courses for a known commission if the educational materials are permissible. A condition for the validity of a ju'ala (stipulated reward) is that the ju'l (reward) must be known, both in kind and in quantity. There is no objection to the commission varying according to the number of enrolled students, such as receiving $13 per student, or $17 if ten students enroll, or an additional $50 if five students register in a month, as long as the commission is known and specified.
