Is it permissible to use "Flash" software to draw a human figure without features and animate it?

It is not permissible to draw or depict living beings, as this entails imitating Allah's creation. The proof for this is that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The people who will be most severely punished by Allah on the Day of Resurrection are those who imitate Allah’s creation."

However, if the drawing or picture is devoid of facial features (such as eyes, nose, and mouth), then it does not fall under this prohibition. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeme said: "Everyone who makes something that imitates Allah’s creation falls under this Hadith... But if the image is not clear, meaning it has no eyes, no nose, no mouth, and no fingers: then this is not a complete image, nor does it imitate Allah Almighty's creation."
