What is the ruling on selling commercial car spare parts, packaged in original boxes, at commercial prices, without knowing whether the buyer will sell them as original or not?

It is permissible to sell commercial parts if free from deception and fraud. However, if it is known that someone is buying them to sell them as original, then it is not permissible to sell them to him. This permissibility applies only to parts that do not bear a counterfeit trademark. As for those that do, it is not permissible to sell them due to infringing upon the rights of the original trademark owners. Truthfulness in transactions brings blessings, while fraud obliterates them. The honest, truthful Muslim merchant will be with the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous.
