What is the ruling in Islam concerning a person who has lost their hearing, in terms of accountability, entering Paradise without reckoning, the torment of the grave, and the intercession of relatives, taking into consideration that they can hear with the aid of a device?

"One who is deaf is like one who can hear in terms of religious obligations (taklif), reward (thawab), and punishment (iqab), as long as they are sane and comprehend. Deafness does not remove the overall religious obligation; rather, it removes only what they are unable to do concerning hearing, such as the non-obligation of verbally returning a greeting of peace (salam). There is no mention in the Sharia of their exemption from accountability (hisab), grave torment (adhab al-qabr), or a special intercession (shafaah) for them. If they endure their deafness with patience, they will attain the reward of the patient."
