What is the wisdom behind testing the deaf person on the Day of Resurrection, but not the mute or the blind, and are there any sayings of scholars regarding this?

The deaf, mute, imbecile, and those who died during the fatrah (period between two prophets) will be tested on the Day of Judgment to demonstrate their obedience to Allah. If they obey, they will enter Paradise; otherwise, they will enter Hellfire. The blind person is not like the deaf and mute because they possess the ability to hear and comprehend. The criterion for this is the establishment of proof (iqamat al-hujjah); whoever received the call (of Islam) and understood it is not excused, whereas whoever did not receive it or did not understand it is excused. As for the children of Muslims from among these groups, they follow their parents (in status).
