Are the deeds of all people, including those who abandon prayer or the Asr prayer intentionally, raised (to Allah), or are the deeds of those who do not pray not raised? And does intentionally abandoning prayer on the mentioned days (Monday and Thursday and mid-Sha’ban) prevent the raising of deeds?

The annual raising of deeds occurs in Sha'ban, as stated in the noble Prophetic Hadith (definition): "That is a month neglected by many people, between Rajab and Ramadan (definition). It is a month in which deeds are raised to the Lord of the Worlds, and I love for my deeds to be raised while I am fasting." As for the night of mid-Sha'ban, Allah looks upon His creation therein and forgives everyone except a polytheist or one who harbors malice.

Deeds are raised at different levels: annually in Sha'ban, weekly on Mondays and Thursdays, and daily at the end of each day and night. Then all deeds are presented when one's life span ends. There is no evidence that exempts the one who abandons prayer from having their deeds raised, based on the opinion of those who do not consider such a person a disbeliever.
