Is talking on the phone with a girl while a Holy Quran and religious texts are beside me considered a mockery, or is it a common affliction?

Your mere phone conversation with a girl next to a Mushaf, or the proximity of the Mushaf to papers containing religious writings, is not considered mockery or apostasy unless intended as such. The Mushaf must be revered by placing it on an elevated surface, not on the ground or a bed, and by placing it above other books if present. There is no harm in placing other books next to it on the same table. It should be noted that conversing with a girl over the phone can be a means to temptation; therefore, speaking with a non-mahram woman unnecessarily is forbidden. If there is a need, then the woman must avoid softening her voice and speaking in a submissive tone, and the man must distance himself if he feels pleasure from hearing her voice.
