Is a sunshade with an elastic band around the head permissible for a pilgrim in a state of ihram if the head is uncovered?

The prohibition against covering the head with something that adheres to it and against wearing a turban for a person in ihram has been explicitly stated. Scholars have divided a pilgrim's head coverings into categories: First: Covering it with something that adheres to the head, such as hats and turbans; this is forbidden. Second: Covering it with something that does not adhere to it, such as an umbrella or a car roof; this is permissible. Third: Carrying luggage on the head, which is permissible as long as it is not intended for concealment. The umbrella with an adhesive (elastic) that wraps around the head and covers part of it falls under the ruling of a turban, which a person in ihram is not permitted to wear. It should be replaced with a handheld umbrella.
