Is it obligatory to remain with a husband who curses and insults his wife and her family, or is it permissible for the wife to go to her family due to her exhaustion from the foul language?

If a husband curses and insults his wife and her parents, he is abusive in his marital relations and has committed a sin. The wife may choose to endure this and remain with him if she perceives a benefit for herself and her children. Alternatively, she may bring his case before a judge and request a divorce due to the abuse. Al-Dardir mentioned that a wife is entitled to a divorce due to harm, such as cursing and insulting, and the husband should be disciplined for it. It is advised to discuss the matter with the husband, explain the ruling of Islamic law to him, and involve some righteous individuals for mediation. If he repents and treats her kindly, then all praise be to Allah.
