Is it permissible to pray Jumu'ah in mosques that perform the Jumu'ah prayer close to Asr time?

The time for Jumu'ah extends until the entry of the 'Asr prayer time according to the majority of scholars. Therefore, whenever people pray it before the entry of the 'Asr prayer time, they have caught Jumu'ah. It is preferable to pray it with those who pray it at the beginning of its time, which is in accordance with the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, based on the saying of Salamah ibn al-Akwa': "We used to pray Jumu'ah with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when the sun had passed its meridian." It is forbidden to delay Jumu'ah until its time expires, and this is considered one of the major sins, based on the saying of Allah the Almighty: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers at specified times," and "Then, there succeeded them a posterity who neglected prayers and pursued desires; so they are going to meet ghayy (a valley in Hell)." The Permanent Committee for Issuing Fatwas responded that delaying prayer due to an excuse that does not cause it to miss its time is permissible, but if it causes it to miss its time, it is forbidden. It is not permissible to take the prayer out of its time due to studying. The last time for Jumu'ah is the last time for Dhuhr, so it is not permissible to delay it beyond that under any circumstances.
